Tercon provided a complete turnkey service for this project, from an initial budget cost plan, the design and build solution provided involved obtaining planning permission for the new building with associated parking and permission for a major public sewer diversion. Extensive client user group consultation was undertaken to ensure that the building met the requirements of students and tutors.
